Shalee
Founder
Shalee is the Founder of Cloverlee Creative. She holds a BS in organizational management with a minor in marketing and has over 15 years’ experience in marketing and business development. Her knowledge comes from a wide range of roles and industries, including Director of Development, Director of Operations, VP of Marketing and PR, Chief Marketing Officer, and other boring titles. Not a fan of corporate formality or hustle culture, she founded Cloverlee to use her experience to serve people and missions who she feels aligned with. Shalee is passionate about providing the highest standard of quality to her customers and believes that listening with empathy is the key to a strong business. She specializes in identifying the meaningful elements at the heart of a brand to craft custom strategies and content that connects. She loves working closely with clients to get to know their stories, their values, and their business objectives to provide purposeful solutions to their business needs.
MORE ABOUT ME
I’m a type-A recovering people-pleaser who loves organization, but you wouldn’t know that if you had a peek in my sock drawer. I don’t like scary movies, most vegetables, or even green candy, but the thing that makes me craziest is inefficiency – meetings that could’ve been an email, processes, driving routes, anything. I enjoy true crime podcasts, a good game of Pac-Man, and anything action-adventure on a Friday night. I work hard and laugh even harder, and my family is my whole world. I think that keeping your word is everything and it’s the foundation on which trust is built or broken…a core value of my business. If we get to talk, you’re likely to hear a “y’all” at some point because my Alabama up-bringing and Tennessee living is legit, but don’t hold that against me. 😊
Rachel
Copywriting & Content
Rachel helps ensure that copy and content is precise, articulate, and directly suited to the specific needs of Cloverlee’s clients. She believes that attention to detail is key in providing excellent services, and she takes the time and care required to make certain that clients are given top-tier service. Her 5 years of supervisory and management experience in the customer service field, along with her hands-on experience in business operations serves the agency well.
She is currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership and Marketing, but in her free time, Rachel enjoys reading, writing, binging TV shows, and spending time with her husband and new baby girl!
